My classmates say that I always buy a new phone, but there is a reason for it. Because of my carelessness, my phone always fell on the ground. Step 1. Download Dr.fone toolkit for Android on computer

Step 4. Select the fault type which matches your situation


You also need to choose a fault type for your phone at the moment. The program provides two types, namely, Touch does not work or cannot access the phone, and Black/broken screen. Please select one according to the actual situation, and then click it.

Step 5. Enter Download Mode on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3/Note 4/Note 5/Note 7

1. Power off the phone.
2. Press and hold Volume "-", "Home" and "Power" button on the phone.
3. Press "Volume +" button to enter download mode.


Step 6. Analyze and recover the data
